Having followed her first degree in Psychology with a Masters in Group Processes and Intergroup Relations, Sarah has a wide range of knowledge pertinent to market research. In her role at Impact, she supports the research projects carried out by the utilities team.
She enjoys the project-oriented nature of market research and is passionate about statistics too, and with her psychology background, is fascinated by how can it can drive attitudes and behaviour change.
If she wasn’t working in market research, Sarah would probably be reapplying to do a PhD in social psychology, using virtual reality to test which factors determine whether people would intervene when witnessing a hate crime.
Aside from work, Sarah enjoys singing, baking and watching films. Two interesting facts about her are that she's afraid of butterflies, and once played Mother Superior in a production of The Sound of Music.
