Dawn is a Board Director with responsibility for overall client account management and insight delivery. She has worked in market research since 2002, providing insight and strategic advice to clients within the utilities and service sector, both on the client and agency side, internationally as well as in the UK, and was previously Impact's Head of Utilities. She loves working with clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their business, and ensuring that insight is at the heart of their decision making.
As Client Services Director, Dawn leads on account management, new business development and insight dissemination at Impact. She provides insight that has an impact on customer experience, brand health, behaviour change, business prioritisation, and product development. She is analytically minded, efficient, creative and detail-orientated, and specialises in applying the principles of Behavioural Economics and behaviour change to all stages of projects for our clients.A confident presenter, with a strong commercial focus, able to identify the results that matter, Dawn regularly presents at industry events and conferences. She chaired the MRS Utilities Conference in London in 2018 and 2019.
