Guto is an Associate Director in the Utilities team at Impact. He has over twenty years of experience in market research, with particular expertise in conducting research related to energy and utilities, reputation and stakeholder engagement, and sustainability.
He’s worked with countless clients over the years from across a wide range of sectors (energy, financial services, transport, infrastructure, consumer, public and third sector, and many others), a range of audiences (general and informed public, politicians and governments, media, NGOs, SMEs, academics, etc.) and range of localities (local communities, regional, national and international). He’s especially passionate about delivering impactful insights to organisations to ensure that research is used to guide beneficial actions.
Outside work, Guto enjoys reading, watching films, sports and TV, running and trying to keep fit – though these days most of his running is after his children!
