Steve is a Certified Member of the Market Research Society and has a passion for problem-solving, finding new and innovative ways to address research questions and workable solutions to particularly challenging briefs.
At Impact he supports the development and expansion of the Advanced Methods team, including servicing all projects with advanced analytics as well as the development of new techniques.
His philosophy is that key research messages should be clear and concise, using the statistics to support the messages rather than dominate and detract from them.
If Steve wasn’t working in research, he'd like to be a children’s entertainer. Market testing with his own children indicates that youngsters find his sense of humour hilarious! Despite also being a roller-coaster junkie, he dreams of living an adrenaline-free life on a Hawaiian island.
