Susie has over 15 years' research experience with government and commercial clients, delivering actionable insights in the utilities, B2B and transport sectors, often with a focus on innovation and low carbon futures. Her role at Impact is to oversee successful delivery of our utilities clients’ projects from the very first briefing meetings to results presentations and beyond, and is often the go-to person for any questions. She has worked with multiple energy companies (including suppliers and network operators) on stakeholder engagement for RIIO-2 business planning, customer satisfaction, and environmental priorities. She has specific experience with methodologies outside online such as telephone and face-to-face which require expertise in field set up, management and interviewer administration in order to ensure success. Much of the research she leads is directly linked to government policy improvements within the utility sector. In terms of methodologies, Susie has worked on numerous customer and stakeholder engagement projects including deliberative workshops, focus groups and depth interviews as well as large- and small-scale quantitative surveys (online, face-to-face and CATI). Her clients have benefitted from her close partnership working which integrates with their business and strategic goals.
She loves cooking for her friends in her spare time and if she wasn't in market research she would be running a seafood restaurant somewhere hot and breezy!
