In addition to results around their sustainability perceptions, a major UK homeware and furniture retailer wanted to explore:
- Recycling initiatives and perceptions of recyclable materials
- Perceptions of buying second-hand goods
- Incentives for sustainable behaviours
- Awareness & usage of different homeware & furniture schemes e.g. buy-back, workshops
- Communication of sustainable goals
How the study has helped
Results from these questions and from other areas of the survey are used to:
- Feed into their annual reporting
- Help them plan for areas they should be focusing future initiatives on and identify business development opportunities
- A check-in to see how they are perceived for different sustainability metrics
