Chris joined Impact in 2019 with 25 years' experience in market research which include 18 at Ipsos MORI. In 2022 he was appointed Head of Utilities.
He has led a number of high-profile research projects in the banking and finance sector including the complex National Payments Study for UK Finance, which relied on his project management skills as much as his research expertise to run smoothly. He has also played a leading role in GDPR compliance, multi-national, B2B and B2C, and other projects across a range of sectors including utilities, services, telecoms and retail.
Outside work he likes to keep active in a variety of ways but admits his squash and badminton are rather better than his tango.
