Having worked in market research since 1996, Darryl’s accumulated knowledge helps Impact to be an inspiring and motivational company for its clients and staff. Starting out as a telephone interviewer after a BA (Hons) in International Business Studies, he has worked in a number of agencies over the years in a wide variety of sectors and methodologies.
Darryl then founded Impact in 2010 because he recognised that client demand for a truly collaborative partnership was going unmet, and spotted a gap in the market for a new, energetic, flexible and committed agency; an indispensable partner that would not only deliver meaningful insight, but also support their clients in successfully articulating the story and influencing an informed response.
As CEO, Darryl's responsible for Impact's growth and direction but he also maintains a strategic overview of client relationships and current projects, often taking the lead on designing proposals to respond to client needs.
He is an Associate member of the Market Research Society.
