Emma Howlett

Graduate Research Executive
Emma studied Liberal Arts with Psychology at the University of Nottingham, where she developed a fascination with how people think, choose and behave. That curiosity led her to market research and ultimately to Impact, attracted by our commitment to sustainability, strong client relationships and going beyond the surface of initial findings. In her role as a Graduate Research Executive, Emma supports the project team throughout the full lifecycle of studies. She helps design fieldwork materials, manages fieldwork and plays a hands-on role in analysis and reporting to make sure insights land clearly and meaningfully. Outside of work, Emma’s usually found with a book in hand or trying to turn running into a regular habit. If she weren’t in research, she’d be happily running a cat and dog sanctuary somewhere peaceful (and ideally hot!).
