Tom manages the end-to-end process of our consumer projects, with a focus on concept testing, customer experience, conjoint and brand tracking. He particularly enjoys getting stuck into the data and identifying why consumers and businesses do what they do. He's also passionate about working closely with clients and building strong relationships to understand their needs fully so that the research can help them make important business decisions.
If Tom hadn't chosen a career in market research, he would want to be a chocolate taster, travelling the world to find the best chocolate! Aside from his sweet tooth, Tom enjoys playing a variety of sports, including badminton and squash, and also has creative flair with an interest in baking and going to the theatre.
