Back in 2021, we signed the MRS Net Zero Pledge, which commits us to becoming Net Zero by 2026. In 2019 our carbon emissions were calculated as 148.423 tCO2e. In 2022 our carbon emissions reduced to 40.74 tCO2e. The breakdown of our emissions for both 2019 and 2022 can be found below:

We’re pleased to see a significant decline in our emissions since 2019. Although we have put actions in place to drive this change, our new hybrid working policy has made the biggest contribution to this change so far.
There is a long way still for us to go, and we are currently putting together a roadmap for how we get to Net Zero by 2026, which we will publish by the end of the year.
