His rise from a Graduate Research Executive to this significant role is a shining example of the culture of advancement we hold dear at Impact. Tom has demonstrated exceptional aptitude in account management, playing a crucial role in securing and nurturing relationships with major clients such as IKEA, Coca-Cola, and Persimmon. His strategic vision and dedication to client service have not only solidified our existing partnerships but also paved the way for new ones, contributing significantly to our company’s client portfolio.
A notable achievement under Tom’s leadership has been the initiation of the Great Green Sustainability Syndicated Tracker. This initiative underscores our commitment to sustainability and has provided us with a deeper understanding of how brands can positively impact consumer perceptions through responsible practices. Tom’s foresight and expertise have been instrumental in this project’s success.
Beyond his strategic initiatives, Tom’s effectiveness in team management has been remarkable. He has a unique ability to motivate and guide, fostering a work environment that encourages collaboration. His leadership of Consumer & Services has enhanced team productivity, setting a high standard for management excellence at Impact.
In his new position, Tom will take on a broader range of duties, overseeing the Utilities department, Consumer & Services and Advanced Methods. He will oversee the P&Ls and foster cross-collaboration. Additionally, he will lead our Human Resources operations, drive sales and marketing initiatives, and maintain our stringent ISO/Quality standards.
